Have to Speak English!!!

Another interesting day as an unemployment. I receive a call from a people that "sell" BCA name. He asked me why i was not come in monday. Just for information, i apply for BDP (BCA Development Program) in Job Fair at Hasanuddin University. But i dont know if the job vacancy is not directly from BCA. Its like im apply for a job using an agency, and the job vacancy is not really exist at that time. People call the agency "outsourcing". I dont really understand about "outsourcing" thing. But i feel like i was just wasting my time waiting for about five hours for an "interview". And i think that was not an interview at all.

But not all things happend today is a bad thing. I reallize one more weakness when i have the interview that i need to fix. I havent good enough skill to speak english. In other words my english is bad (especially in speaking). I know what to speak but it just doesnt want to come out. Its the words stuck in my head. I really need training to speak english. Start from write anything with english, and speak even still mixing it with bahasa but try to be more confidence to say it. Hopefully it will bring a good effect!
